Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know before your appointment, from booking and preparation to healing and aftercare.

Booking & appointments

3
How do I book a tattoo appointment?
Appointments are not open yet. Use the “Join the list” button at the top of any page to send your idea, preferred placement, approximate size, and any reference images, and you will be on the list for the first consultations when the studio opens — nothing is scheduled or charged before then.
Do you create custom tattoo designs?
Yes. Every tattoo is approached as a collaborative custom piece, shaped around your story, style, placement, and the way you want it to feel on your body.
What if I need to reschedule?
Please get in touch as soon as possible if you need to change your appointment. Advance notice gives us the best chance to find a new time that works.

Before your tattoo

3
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Eat a good meal, drink plenty of water, wear comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being tattooed, and arrive well rested.
Can I bring reference images?
Absolutely. Reference images are helpful for sharing the mood, details, and direction you love. They are used as inspiration for your own custom design, not copied exactly.
Do I need to bring identification?
Please bring valid government-issued photo identification to your appointment. You must be of legal age to receive a tattoo.

Healing & aftercare

4
Where can I find aftercare instructions?
You can find the complete healing guide on our Aftercare page. It covers cleaning, moisturizing, scabbing, itching, and protecting your tattoo through each stage of healing.
Is scabbing and itching normal?
Yes. Light scabbing, flaking, and itching are common parts of healing. Keep the tattoo clean and moisturized, and never scratch, pick, peel, or pull at the skin.
Do you offer touch-ups?
Yes. If ink fades while your tattoo heals, a touch-up puts it right — that covers fading from normal healing, not a tattoo damaged by picking, sun exposure, or missed aftercare. The terms are settled when appointments open.
What should I do if something doesn't feel right?
Listen to your body and reach out if you have questions or concerns about your healing. For urgent medical concerns, contact a qualified healthcare professional.
